Everything here answers one question: can you trust a part from Macreq the way you'd trust one from your own line? Yes — and here's how we prove it.
Our quality management system governs every job from RFQ to release: documented process and quality plans, key-characteristic identification, PFMEA, first-article inspection, in-process control and final CMM inspection.
Because we author the quality plan for every part in-house, the standard doesn't change from job to job or partner to partner.
Because the variables that decide conformance don't sit with the partner. We specify the material, design the fixtures and tooling, write the programs, plan the inspection, and perform final CMM inspection ourselves. Partners are qualified before they receive work, scored on every job, and audited on a defined cycle.
Every part is linked to its applicable drawing, material certificate, process records and inspection results. From incoming material through final release, the documentation remains connected, reviewable and aligned to the customer’s requirements.
This documentation allows the manufacturing and verification history of a part to be traced back to the requirements that governed the job.
Technical data is controlled. Drawings and specifications are released to production partners only to the extent needed to run a specific job, under confidentiality agreements.
We protect proprietary and controlled technical information with defined access controls, limited job-specific release and confidentiality requirements.
